What is the Vocation Lab?
An interactive 5-week course designed to help you discover God’s will for your life and vocation. Whether you’re facing a career crossroads, feeling uncertain about your next steps, or seeking greater clarity and direction, the Vocation Lab offers practical and biblical teaching, exercises, and practices to help you move forward confidently.
Join us in this journey to discern the work God is calling you to do and take purposeful steps toward your future. An additional 6-10 hours for homework, research, and interviews will be required throughout the program.

Uncover how God uniquely wired you. Identify the key elements of your calling—your gifts, passions, and purpose—and find where they intersect.
Week 3: DREAMEnvision a God-Sized Dream
Clarify your long-term vision and set meaningful goals. Craft a compelling vision for your life that reflects God’s Kingdom and your unique role in it.
Week 4: DECIDEMake Decisions Without Fear
Learn a biblical decision-making framework that brings clarity and confidence. Align your choices with God’s will and move forward in faith.
Week 5: DOPut Your Calling into Action
Turn discovery into action. Take concrete steps to live out your calling, build vocational prototypes, and walk boldly in God’s purpose for your life.
